Lowestoft Chronicle’s 2018 Pushcart Prize Nominations

Last month, we made the following nominations for the Pushcart Prize (for poetry, short stories, essays, memoirs or stand-alone excerpts from novels published by little magazines and small presses in 2018):

Pushcart Prize nominations:
“Song of the Highway” (Essay) by Sharon Frame Gay
“Surf’s Up” (Story) by Rob Dinsmoor
“Centerpieces at the Inn” (Poem) by James B. Nicola
“Hsi-wei’s Visit to Ko Qing-zhao” (Story) by Robert Wexelblatt
“Fishermen” (Poem) by Joe Mills
“You Turned Twenty-Five in EuroDisney” (Poem) by Matt Mason

Thanks to everybody who submitted work to us in 2018. This year, it was a particularly difficult decision choosing our favorites among the many published pieces.
